All U11 to U18 teams must provide nets and corner flags for each game for their half of the field.

If your U14-U18 team is going to be short (less than 7 players), you may pick up players from the age group below as per the Guidelines.  If this still doesn't work for a team, we encourage coaches to do what they can so the players that ARE available and do show up still have the opportunity to play - even if it's a modified form of a game.


U11/U12 fields:
Most fields should be lined regularly. There are, however, some weekends with field scheduling conflicts, in which games have had to be scheduled on irregularly used fields.  Please be understanding if you find your field is not lined and you need mark the field with cones. 
  
U9/10 fields:
Some 9/10 fields will not be lined and you will need to use cones to mark the fields. Here are a few guidelines to keep in mind (BCSA recommendations):
Field width: 30 meters (min) 36 meters (max).   This is approximately 18 paces from the middle of the goal to the corner flag.
Goal area:  10 meters (approx. 11 paces) from the inside of the mini goal post towards the corner flag and 10 meters (approx. 11 paces) into the field.    

Game sheets are to be completed for all U14-18 games (including pre-season AND all cross-over games).  Please complete ALL sections, including the GAME #, printing clearly and pressing hard enough to go through all copies.  Coaches must sign the game sheet at the END of the game to confirm the score.   Click here for a sample game sheet.  The first team listed on the schedule is to provide the game sheet for the game.  It must be completed by both teams and given to the referee before the start of the game.  The Columns marked "Y/R", "ID Card", the sections for the Final Scores and the Misconduct Summary section are all strictly for Referee Use Only.

Within 24 hours of a game for the U14-U18 ages ONLY, both coaches need to email the score to scores@shaw.ca - please put the game number in the subject line.  Please do not phone in your score. 

The game sheet is used to update the web stats, the emails are used in an event of a dispute / discrepancy / missing official / missing game sheet.

Clarification of U7/U8 games, the games are simultaneous, not consecutive.
U7 & U8 coaches and parents: - please help set up and put away the nets at the end of the games.  Everyone needs to help at all locations - not just the "home" teams.  Coaches are allowed on the field at both U7 and U8.
