ID cards are required for all coaches and for all U14-18 players by May 1st.

Please complete the game sheet IN FULL.

BOTH COACHES are asked to send an email reporting the score within 24 hours of every game.  Please put the game number in the subject line and email:  scores@shaw.ca

Game sheets are to be completed for all U14-16 games (including pre-season and cross over games).  Please complete ALL sections, including the GAME #, printing clearly and pressing hard enough to go through all copies. 
Coaches are to sign the game sheet at the END of the game to confirm the score.

The first team listed on the schedule is to provide the game sheet for the game. 
It must be completed by both teams and given to the referee before the start of the game. 
The Columns marked "Y/R", "ID Card", the sections for the Final Scores and the Misconduct Summary section are all strictly for Referee Use Only.

Games will not be rescheduled.  If a team will be short players for a game, players may be brought up from one age group below (with coach permission) to make a maximum of 12 players for U14 & U16.  Players may NOT be brought up for Kelowna Cup games.  If a team is still short players, we suggest the team forfeit the game and then both coaches mix the players up and have a scrimmage - that way those able to attend are still getting a game!

In the event of a forfeit, the score will be recorded as a 3-0 win for the other team.

The fields that you will be playing on this season have been measured and chosen carefully.  Some do not perfectly match the specifications set out by BC soccer but please be understanding we have to work with the fields that are available to us.

"Absent or Missing" Ref Procedure
Due to the shortage of fields and officials, games will not be rescheduled due to the absence of a referee.  If no referee is available for a game, the coaches of the teams must agree to appoint someone to referee that game.  The same person must officiate both halves of the game and the result will stand.  If the coaches cannot agree on who to appoint, the result of the game will be recorded as a 0-0 draw.  GAMES MUST START ON TIME.

At all divisional games, the two teams are to sit on one side of the field with the spectators on the opposite side.

Standings are determined:

Firstly at points (determined by the Win/Loss/Tie record).

If there’s a tie then it goes to the result of the head-to-head game.

If still tied then it goes to goal differential (max 3 goals per game).

If still tied then it goes to goals for.
