To referee indoor soccer you must be an existing registered referee, refereed outdoor for at least one season and have either taken an Indoor conversion course or the annual indoor refresher course.

To be eligible to referee indoors, All District level referees (16 and older) must have completed 10 referee assignments during the COYSA 2013 outdoor season. This does not apply to District Youth or small-sided officials, but these officials must have completed an entry level or refresher clinic at the start of the 2013 outdoor season.
*Please note that due to the amount of interest we have each year we have had to limit the amount of people we allow into each course. Each course has space for 16 referees which will be determined by who registers first.
Courses are at the CNC (Capital News Centre) indoor centre and there is no charge.
Please be on time and bring your referee kit as there is an on field component for the Conversion course.
Please ensure you have read the rules as detailed below before coming to the course.
Pre-registration is required by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to advise which course you are attending and to reserve your
spot in the course.

2013-2014 Indoor referee payments are $25 per game for the referee and $19 for the assistant referee (please note 2 referees at each game, absolutely no timekeepers) .
There is only one official at U10 and U12 games.

BOARDING: This is a very serious and inherently dangerous offence. Please remember that incidental boarding is a yellow card offence and deliberate boarding is a red card . No exceptions.
