Insurance for players is provided through fees paid to BC Soccer.
Allsport Insurance is the underwriter.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days. To submit a claim, go to the website: www.allsportinsurance.com
Print off an Accident Claim Form.
In the bottom right hand corner, you'll need the Group Policy Number: ACC6022 and the coach's signature.
Follow the instructions to start a claim.
